LICENSING & RIGHTS POLICY 

BP Abstracts – Licensing & Rights Policy

Effective Date: March 20, 2025 

Owner/Creator: BP Abstracts (Art brand by Bella Parker)

This Licensing & Rights Policy outlines the ownership, usage, and licensing terms for all digital and physical artworks created by BP Abstracts. By purchasing an NFT, physical print, or licensing agreement from BP Abstracts, you agree to the following terms.

1. Copyright & Intellectual Property:

All artworks created and sold by BP Abstracts are protected under U.S. copyright law and international copyright treaties. The copyright and all intellectual property rights remain solely with BP Abstracts. No purchase (NFT, print, or otherwise) grants copyright ownership or derivative rights.

2. NFT Ownership vs. Licensing:

NFT Purchase Includes:

• Ownership of a unique digital token (1 of 1) on the blockchain
• Access to unlockable content, including a high-resolution PNG and optional 4K wallpaper
• Personal, Nnn-commercial Rights ,commercial display rights (e.g., digital galleries, screensavers,       profile banners)

NFT Purchase Does NOT Include:

• Rights to reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or use the artwork commercially
• Any license for merchandise, publishing, or branding

3. Licensing Options for Commercial rest use any BP Abstracts artwork commercially, one of the following licenses must be purchased separately:

A. Non-Exclusive License – $200

• Use for book covers, album art, merchandise, product branding, etc.
• Multiple buyers may hold this license
• Credit required: “Artwork by BP Abstracts – Bella Parker”
• Unlimited duration

B. Exclusive License – $3,200

• Grant's sole commercial use of that artwork
• No other licenses will be sold for the same piece
• Credit optional but encouraged
• Includes right to use in commercial campaigns, branding, packaging, etc.

4. License Usage RightsLicense holders may:

You May:

• Use the artwork for marketing, product design, album/book covers, and social media
• Crop, resize, or overlay text for branding purposes

You May NOT:

• Resell or redistribute the artwork as your own
• Tokenize it into a new NFT or digital asset
• Claim authorship or alter the original concept for resale
• Use the artwork for defamatory, unethical, or illegal content

5. Physical Print BuyersBuying a physical print grants:

• Personal display rights only
• No commercial use, reproduction, or resale unless a license is purchased
• All print editions are 1 of 1 unless otherwise specified

6. NFT Royalties: A 10% royalty is automatically applied to all future NFT resales through platforms like OpenSea. This ensures that the artist continues to benefit from future sales of her work.

7. Gallery, Media, & Press UseGallery Display License (By Request – Free or Low Fee):

• Non-commercial use in exhibitions, online galleries, or private viewings
• Credit required: “Artwork by BP Abstracts – Bella Parker”

Press & Media Use (Always Free with Credit):

• Includes blog features, interviews, articles, reviews
• Credit line: “Art by BP Abstracts – Bella Parker”

8. Unauthorized Use: Any unauthorized reproduction, sale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and will be pursued under applicable copyright law.
